REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

By placing an order with us (“Seller”), you acknowledge and agree that all products are custom-made and fulfilled through a third-party service (“3rd-Party”) provider. This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs your rights and obligations with respect to returns, replacements, and refunds, and is incorporated by reference into any purchase agreement entered into between you (“Customer”) and the Seller. This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, and nothing herein shall limit or waive any rights to which the Customer may be entitled under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection statutes.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
The Seller and 3rd-Party endeavor to maintain the highest quality standards. If an item is received by the Customer in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the Customer shall be entitled to a replacement or full refund under the following conditions:
- The Customer must notify the Seller within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of delivery. Send email to support@lexinguyen.com
- The Customer must provide the order number and photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the defect, damage, or incorrect fulfillment. (e.g., misprint, damaged packaging, or wrong item descriptions).
- The Seller may, at its discretion, issue a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.
- Items deemed defective or incorrect do not require return shipping unless specifically instructed by the Seller.
- The Seller shall not be liable for damages or defects arising from improper use, handling after delivery, or ordinary wear and tear.
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of all products, the Seller does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are:
- Ordered in error (wrong selection by customer),
- Unsatisfactory due to personal preference (“I changed my mind” after placing the order),
- Incorrect in size or color chosen by the Customer, or
- Production and Shipping times: All products are custom-printed and typically ship within 5–7 business days (in some cases 2-weeks); shipping time depends on carrier,
- Subject to shipping delays beyond the Seller’s, 3rd-Party, or carrier’s control.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: The Seller, nor 3rd-Party are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation; please contact the shipping carrier for disputes regarding lost shipments.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review product details, sizing charts, and shipping information prior to purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within one (1) hour of placement and prior to production initiation. Once production begins, orders are considered finalized and cannot be canceled or modified.
INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT SHIPPING ADDRESS
In the event that a package is returned to the Seller or 3rd-Party due to an invalid, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address, the Customer shall bear the cost of reshipment. The Seller is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from address errors provided by the Customer.
REFUND PROCESSING
All approved refunds shall be issued to the original payment method used by the Customer at checkout. Refunds may require 5–10 business days to appear, subject to the processing times of the Customer’s financial institution.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Customers acknowledge that slight variations in color, alignment, or print positioning may occur due to the print-on-demand process. Such variations shall not constitute defects under this Policy.

The Seller will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond within 24–48 business hours.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as expressly provided in this Policy and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or personal injury.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The Seller reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Seller’s website with a revised “Effective Date.” Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.
